Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management – University of Wollongong
Mayesha Tasnim is working as a Lecturer in Department of Business Studies at State University of Bangladesh. Her core strength is: “Human Resource Management”. She has completed her Masters in “Strategic Human Resource Management” from University of Wollongong in 2014 and Bachelors in International Relations from University of Dhaka in 2011. Her S.S.C and H.S.C is from Viqarunnisa Noon School and College (2005 & 2007 respectively). Recently she has completed her post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management and waiting for the result. Mayesha is a “Certified Human Resource Professional” accredited by UAE government and has done training from different institutes on Hr audit and Bangladesh Labor law. She is a General Member of BSHRM – Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management. She has played the role of an HR Generalist in a leading Swiss software Company (Secure Link Services-Selise) for 1 year and was employed as a Sr. Executive, HR at Sanofi, Bangladesh. Prior to joining as an HR Generalist she was employed as an HR Trainee in a Dubai based Real Estate Company located at Dubai financial Center and was a Research Fellow in ActionAid Bangadesh. As a result, her exposure to different sectors both locally and internationally helped her to develop a global mindset, which also enabled her to adapt quickly to any situation.
