Mr. Md. Azmain Al Faik is a lecturer of the Department of Food Engineering & Technology. He obtained his B.Sc. (Engineering) in Food Engineering & Tea Technology from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Bangladesh in 2011. He has completed his M.Sc. (Engineering) from Jiangnan University, China in 2016. He has two research publications in international research journals. Al Faik’s current area of research interests are rare sugar production using enzyme technology, lipid based nutrient supplements, and chemical sensors.
