Zoheb Hasan Fahad

Zoheb Hasan Fahad has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Food Engineering and Technology since October 2019. He has completed M.Sc. in Food Engineering in 2018 from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU). He obtained a B.Sc. degree in Food Engineering in 2016 from the same university. His area of research includes Edible coating, microencapsulation, bioactive properties of food, hydrocolloids in food, powdered food products. Ha has achieved ‘National Science and Technology Fellowship 2017-18’ for his M.Sc. research.
