Lubna Nasreen is working as senior lecturer at the Department of Food Engineering and Technology. She has completed M.Sc. and B.Sc. (Honors) in Applied Nutrition & Food Technology from Islamic University, Kushtia in 2010 and 2009 respectively. Her latest research topic is toxicological effects of erucic acid in mustard oil and coconut oil on Wistar Rats. She has three publications in the field of Food Science and Nutrition in different online journals. Her research interest is to work on Obesity and Diabetes.
