State University of Bangladesh (SUB) welcomes the Bengali New Year 1416 arranging a colourful cultural program on Pahela Baishakh, 14 April, 2009. The ceremony was participated by the Students, Faculty and Officers of SUB. The students of SUB presented an enthralling cultural event which included music, dance and recitation.

Prof. Dr. Iftekhar Ghani Chowdhury, Vice-Chancellor of State University of Bangladesh inaugurated the ceremony wishing all a happy new year.

Dr. M Shajahan, Advisor, School of Health Sciences, SUB, Prof. A A K M Lutfuzzaman, Dean, School of Science & Technology and Prof. A Y M Ekram-Ud-Daulah, Registrar, SUB are participated in this program. Students, Faculty, Officer and Staff were present in the program.
