The Department of Business Studies of State University of Bangladesh (SUB) organized a seminar on Corporate Governance and Capital Market on March 21, 2010 at the Seminar hall of SUB. The key note speaker was Professor Dr. Iftekhar Ghani Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor of State University of Bangladesh. The speaker discussed various issues of corporate governance and its importance on the stock market in Bangladesh.
