Dr. Md. Shafiqul Islam completed his Post-Doc from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) London, UK and PhD in Disaster Management from the Institute of Disaster Management and Vulnerability Studies (IDMVS), University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Earlier he completed his MSc and BSc in Forestry from the Institute of Forestry and Environmental Science (IFESCU), University of Chittagong, Bangladesh
