Md. Momin khan currently works as a Lecturer at the department of Food Engineering and Technology, State University of Bangladesh. He obtained MS in Food Engineering in 2019 from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU). He has passed B.Sc. degree in Food Engineering in 2017 from the same university. He has one publication regarding Peanut drink powder. His research interest is on Drying, Dehydration, Freezing, Food safety and security, Quality control and Quality assurance, Food microbiology, Post-harvest Technology, Food processing, Food analysis , Food chemistry & Food preservation etc.
